I love the idea of these patches. They were definitely easy to apply and stayed securely in place, no matter what part of my body I attached them to. I do wish they were a little smaller though, without sacrificing the amount of benefits I get. Although I left each patch on for the recommended 12 hours, it is hard to know whether the patches actually distribute all of the ingredients. I wish there was some sort of notification on the patch that it's delivered all the nutrients so I can feel more confident and know that it has worked effectively.
