The Ginger People Crystallized Ginger Chips, 7oz - Pack of 1

I was hoping to get the flat chips about the size of a quarter or penny. These are small about the size of a raisin. They are however very tasty and spicy. They are the real deal and should last a long long time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Add to dishes to control stomach upset

These are perfect for adding to healthy pancakes. Whole wheat pancakes with nuts and ginger (maybe even some chocolate chips) and you have a healthy not-messy breakfast with no butter and syrup. Small ginger bits are very difficult to find. These are perfect.

I am totally addicted to these chips!!! I put them on my cereal, in trail mix, in ice cream, in soups, in sauces, when I bake (the recipe on the back is yummy) and a pinch for a quick sweet/tangy treat. I've been having trouble finding them and am praying they aren't being discontinued!

I wanted to write the whole company a thank you letter! I might just be your biggest customer. I got sick about 2 years ago, and I found out about GIN GINS half a year into my sickness. They saved my life. When the medicine the doctors gave me stopped working, I was desperate. A friend recommended ginger for the nausea. I tried your product and have been eating it ever since. Sadly, I am still ill, but this product makes my life a little easier. I appreciate all your hard work to get these candies to people like me. It may feel insignificant to some, but it’s a big deal for me. So far, I really enjoy the chewy ginger, double strength and the crystallized ginger pieces the most. These are so strong they saved me from getting worse (the flu, possibly Covid-19) in March 2020. I ate them by the teaspoonful, and the phlegm was expectorated, instead of invading my lungs. They also did an amazing job clearing my sinuses. These chips are now a pantry staple. They're like crystallized ginger x 10.

I like these crystallized ginger chips VERY much for baking! I just removed from the oven a "basic" cake which I modified to include lemon extract, orange peel, and these ginger chips. I cannot wait until dinner!

These are wonderful and I can add them to something else easily.

Please tell me where I can find these. They are the perfect ending to a meal. Relieves any tummy upset, except now I just cannot find any..
