This product is fantastic. The ginger is always fresh and not stringy. It is simple to mince if that is needed. It's very convent. I'm so glad I found it.

Been using minced ginger for years, but this is great. Stands up to heavy meats but excellent in veggie dishes as well. Maybe I'll keep both on hand or maybe just smooth this down when n minced is best. Great products.

Exactly as described

This is a versatile product. So far, I've used it like a jelly on toast, and two teaspoons in a cup of hot water makes a great coffee substitute on rushed mornings. Driink a nice hot liquid, then eat the ginger with a spoon. Good for sluggish bowels and very satisfying.

This product had a mold-like after taste. It is very sweet and doesn't really taste similar to fresh ginger (not that I expected it) but it tastes completely unrelated. It does not taste similar to ground ginger powder. If you are seeking a "relish" like finish for fish or perhaps to add to a salad, then buy this. But it is completely lacking the slightly pungent, spicy, palate-clearing finish of ginger or a ginger-related product. I am not a "foodie" but I do not recommend this product.
