A great middle grade ghost story!
So happy I made this purchase. I was looking for a middle grade horror author and Mary Downing Hahn's books are a perfect fit. This book was a ghost mystery with just the right amount of spookiness. There was also a sad story woven in having to do with home invasion and murder. So, you might want to consider if that will be too much for the reader, especially if that topic is a trigger. But it was nicely written and had a great ending. I'm looking forward to getting more books from this author. As for the seller, the book arrived earlier than expected and was packaged well and in excellent condition.

Bad condition
Book was not in good condition, a lot of pages were stuck together, it had sticky spots all over, cover had white smudges, seemed like book had been wet then air dried
