These things are seriously the best - I love them so much. I only ever need to use one patch per month so they last too! They're VERY effective! I don't know how I lived without them.

I was an avid user of the Period patches so I was relunctant to try something new that didn't have hemp extract but it was a relief to not experience discomfort. Happy to add to my rotation.

After putting one on, I was shocked the cramps went away. I even did a test thinking it was a placebo effect and opted not to use one the next day. BIG mistake! But, the minute I put another one on, all was well! I shared with my roommate and she fell in love as well. We are fully stocked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot of pain during my periods, mostly in my back. This patch did help with the pain (8/10), but the only thing that could completely relieve it would be menopause, so all in all, I would recommend this product.

My cramps lessened but I was upset when I experienced irritation and some top layer skin came off with the patch, leaving a scar that I'm currently trying to heal. I used these patches in the past without any problem and I'm not sure what happened. Be cautious if your skin is sensitive.
