A classic comedy about a family vacation
I grew up watching movies like this, it is a classic that has something for everyone in the family to enjoy, there are however an adult part of 2 in it when the parents are kissing and the mom is without her shirt but no private parts are shown. Just an fyi in case parents want to watch with their family, there is also some profanity in this movie by upset adults but nothing to bad as long as your kids don't repeat whet they hear. Classic story about typical family vacation going great and also wrong because of some relatives and animals.

Very Funny!
This is one good movie. Their are all kinds of everything in this from funny to serious to Halarious. Especially when it comes to the Racoons they will make you laugh your butt off!! If you are looking for an uplifting movie, this is it!

An OK family movie.
A fair movie, not Dan or John's best movie, but silly, and fun. I have seen much better films from both actors but this is still a fun little movie about a guy who just wants to get away to some peace and quiet with his family, but their fun is interrupted by his loud mouthed brother. John Candy is, as always, likeable. And Dan is fun as the annoying "Big City" guy who drives John crazy. A fun family movie, no bad language, fairly mild humor, some slap-stick style stuff in a few places, but a kind of nice story overall. Worth a watch when you just want a simple funny family movie.
