Actually shocked how well this lathered, cleaned and softened my hair. I have such an odd hair texture, it's frizzy, moderately thick, long and wavy. Lately, I've had super dry hair due to my environment so I'm needing all the hydration I can get! Usually shampoo makes my hair feel even more dry but even after rinsing, it was soft! I was able to comb my fingers through my hair easy after the shampoo. Super excited to see how my hair handles this as I go forward :) I wash my hair usually about 2 sometimes 3 x a week. For reference, I'm Hispanic and white so that's where some of my thick and wavy texture comes into play!
I have been using this shampoo for the last week. I have purchased natural shampoos almost exclusively for like the last 10 years! I gave this one a shot because it's supposed to be free of a bunch of the junk in it. This might be my new favorite shampoo! Typically I have to use a conditioner or else natural shampoos make my hair super stringy and frizzy but this has been amazing! I've been able to do just shampoo and it rings out my natural waves and it doesn't get all tangled and frizzy! Love
I wish the shampoo came in a bigger bottle because it is the perfect thing for your hair. Repairing shampoo is the name, but I felt the repair after the very first time that I used it. My hair felt super soft. I was able to run my fingers right through it without any tangles. I love that the pump gives you just enough in one pump to wash all of your hair if you have medium length hair.
I purchased the repairing shampoo made by the hair method and it it fantastic. I immediately knew I was going to like this shampoo based on how it lathered on my hair. My hair feels so silky and soft after using this shampoo. I love the look of the bottle and the pump is very well made. This shampoo is free from sulfate and helps smooth the frizz which is a must for me! I am so excited to try other products made by this brand.
I tried the hair methods brand silk amino acids and bamboo shampoo. I loved the fresh scent, it was pleasant but not over fragrant. The packaging was pretty and easily opened. It made abundant lather with a very small amount. It rinsed clean, was not heavy, it left my long curly hair shiny and bouncy. The price was very affordable and shipping was quick. I would recommend this product.
I have long thick hair and I have tried many shampoos ranging from super expensive to super cheap but this one has been fabulous so far and is totally reasonably priced! My hair also takes many hours to dry and if I fall asleep with it wet it is super wild, wavy, frizzy, and dry feeling. Sometimes though especially during the summer you just don't feel like drying it, this shampoo helps with that! My hair is now soft, smooth and shiny plus the smell is great and a little product goes a long way.
I was impressed with the cleaning power of this shampoo. It does not have a super strong smell, which is nice for me because that can give me a headache. Once you get past the difficulty of getting the pump to unlock and start working, it's all up from there! One pump was enough to clean my shoulder length curly hair, and it left it feeling clean and not oily at all. My hair air dries pretty quickly and was not weighed down or frizzy at all with only a small amount of curl cream and time.
I will be quite honest and say that, while I wasn't initially a huge fan of this shampoo, it has grown on me over the last couple weeks. The scent is interesting… not exactly what I expected, but not bad either. It is a pretty neutral scent… my husband wouldn't hesitate to use it. As for the performance, it seems to clean well. I usually wash my hair every other day — but even on days where I have gone an extra day without washing, a single wash has been more than enough. Has it actually repaired my hair, as the name claims? That is yet to be seen. But so far, so good!
I got the Hair Method Repairing Shampoo with the silk amino acids and bamboo. This shampoo bottle comes with an easy pump that help you get out the shampoo easily and makes sure you don't waste product. I love the fresh smell of this shampoo and how it makes my hair feel nourished. My hair feels soft and clean after using the Hair Method. Overall, I really like it and will continue to use it.
Love the shampoo, HATE the packaging. Yes, the bottle looks pretty. But, unlocking the pump was absurd and I cannot believe they tested this design and decided to go with it anyway. You have to hold the narrow center section firmly while turning the pump to release it. It's too narrow to easily grip with your fingers and there is a surprising amount of force required. I needed pliers and two hands to accomplish it. And, there is NO tamper protection. No sticker, no sealed box, no shrinkwrap -- you just need to trust that nobody has unscrewed the top and added whatever as part of some foolish prank while it was on the shelf. So, I cannot recommend this item, as nice as the shampoo is, until they make a packaging change.
