Funniest movie I've seen in a long time. I would highly recommend it especially if you need a good laugh.

The Heat is very funny

slouchycowman April 10, 2014

The Heat is just plain hilarious and would definitely make a great holidays gift. The Heat was a big movie hit from this past year. I have included a brief summary of the movie below. The Heat stars Sandra Bullock who plays FBI Special Agent Sarah Ashburn and Melissa McCarthy who plays Boston Detective Shannon Mullins. The plot is pretty simple, it centers on the two of them trying to take down a mobster. But don't let the simplicity deter you from this movie, its a great movie with alof of heart. The movie is directed Paul Feig who created the critically acclaimed show Freaks and Geeks and directed the 2011 hit, Bridesmaids. This movie is alot of fun and you can tell that Bullock and McCarthy were having alot of fun while making this movie. I enjoyed this movie from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this movie. Thank you for reading my review.

The Heat Movie

twmm July 18, 2016

I watched this movie for Sandra Bullock but Malissa McCarthy was the true star. After watching this at a friends house, I started looking for the DVD. And Walmart.com has the best prices on new DVDs.

it is a great movie for the money

Not worth the money.

Sandra June 20, 2022

Watched less than 30 minutes of it. It might have been funnier if all the sewage coming from Melissa McCarthy's mouth wasn't so distracting. If you're not bothered by the continual foul language and how unrealistic the situation is, you might find it funny.
