Yikes!
Charlie the previous owner of a home sold to an unsuspecting couple is a psycho. He is determined to keep the home that he no longer owns. He puts the new owners through a terrfying ordeal in this must see movie.

Denis Quaid
I'm a fan of Denis Quaid but I feel as though this was not a good role to play. Definitely Low budget film and the script has a lot of room for improvement!!
