The Jetsons: The Complete Series (DVD)

I purchased this online for my mom. She wanted the complete Jetsons series. Not only did they have it in stock, the package came in only a few days! Great service and great quality! I am very pleased and my mom was very happy :)

i loved the jetsons as a kid and I'm 48 now and i still love watching it. when i watch it i feel like I'm a kid again

I purchased this as a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas. Since Christmas is not here yet and the present not given yet, the only thing I can tell you is that the package came in perfect condition. It's all wrapped and ready to be given. All I can say is that my family watched the Jetsons when we were younger and loved it. When I saw it online, I wanted to introduce my granddaughter to things that I enjoyed when I was her age. I know she will like it. It's an 8 cd set!!! They want me to show you a picture but it's already wrapped. As I said, it was received in perfect condition. What is inside the case, I won't know until it is unwrapped and opened.

I contacted the seller but may have gotten my request for another case in the Flintstones box instead of Jetsons lol. I guess we'll see if I ever figure out this mess.

I thought this would be similar to The Flintstones Blu-ray that I bought. It is and it isn't. It's considerably cheaper than that set and for good reason. It does its job and has every episode of The Jetsons available to watch in high quality (well, as high quality as a DVD of a 60s cartoon can get). The packaging is nice. Each disc has its own slot and they aren't stacked on top of each other. There's even a paper insert that tells you which episodes are on each disc. The discs themselves just say The Jetsons with disc 1,2,3, etc. on them. Each disc for The Flintstones had a character on it and they were different colors (one disc was green and had Barney on it, another was blue with Fred, etc.) Each disc in The Flintstones had special features on it. There are none for The Jetsons. When you pop in a Flintstones disc it had a menu that played the theme song and had a big picture of the show behind it. The Jetsons just has a black screen with a picture of the cover on the left side, no music. The Flintstones had different menus for episodes, audio, special features, etc. The Jetsons do not. It just says play all followed by a list of the episodes. (I assume this is to save disc space). This set also includes The Jetsons Meet The Flintstones movie. It's the last “episode” on the final disc. The show itself is definitely The Jetsons. Nothing has been changed or altered from the original episodes. The Flintstones was a little over $50 and was Blu-ray. The Jetsons was only about $25 and is just a standard DVD. So I understand why the discs themselves don't have anything special on them.

Disc 1 is missing out of my set. I would order again.
