The Lakeside Collection Expandable Rolling Metal Basket

i am in a wheelchair and when asked, your employees are always willing to help and will go of their way to get me what need. This is most appreciated.

This is the second one I gave purchased. They sit on the floor under the rack in my pantry with baskets that hold an excessive amount of kitchenware. They are perfect. They can easily be rolled in an out for access and for floor cleaning, they solved my problem!

This is a brilliant idea but terrible design. the sides fall off constantly. It was a bugger to put together because it tended to scratch itself (metal on metal, inconsistent pieces, unfinished and uncoated poles and tips). The price already was higher than I felt it should have been but, after seeing what they were going for; this could have been a solid 5 but the sides are not secure. You need to remember which sides are extendable or they fall right off. I used this for plastic stacking drawers that werent designed for wheels but need to be movable, have an edge to stay upright when moving, and and look presentable. I planned to purchase at least 10 more but, this sadly doesn't work for my needs.

This needs 4 wheels and only 3 were sent.

It doesn't stay together after assembly. The rods slip out. We secured with zip ties to make it work.

Love these metal storage baskets. Sturdy and fairly easy to assemble. I put some small appliances on them for my pantry and they roll out beautifully. I would buy again and recommend.

I purchased this item to put my kitchen trash can on top of this rolling shelf, so that I can push the trash can back and forth, since my kitchen floor is narrow. I have no other place to put I the trash can other than right next to my floor cabinets and when I am cooking and need to get pots and pans i do not need to stop what i am doing to move the trash can out of the way. THIS ITEM IS A GREAT IDEA, BUT THE PROBLEM IS THE SCREWS AND BOLTS. THEY FIT VERY LOOSE AND NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU TIGHTEN THEM THEY FALL OFF BECAUSE THEY FIT TOO LOOSE. I EVEN USED A WRENCH TO HOLD THE BOLTS AND SCREW IT ON! IT STILL GETS LOOSE. ALSO, SOME OF THE SCREWS ARE IN A TOUGH POSITION TO INSERT ONTO THE HOLE. MY INTENTIONS ARE NOT TO GET THIS ITEM OFF THE MARKET BUT FOR THE SELLER TO PROVIDE BETTER SCREWS AND BOLTS!

The design of the product is a nice idea in theory in that it adjusts, but it has its issues. The more it expands, the less sturdier it becomes. Not an issue if you don't expand it fully or balance items of equal weight on either side. Also, the assembly was more difficult than it needs to be. This could be fixed with larger screws and nuts and/or moving the position of the bars in the metal base. What should have to taken no more than 3 minutes took 15 and with a lot of frustration. Once assembled, the shelf did its job and its now much easier to store my things and get them from under the pantry floor. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.

The assembly of this cart is only for the talented. Screws and washers are very small and hard to handle with the wheel base. Fat fingers or women with nails will have a hard time getting the wheel plate attached. Manufacturer should make this with the roller plate attached with pop on wheels. Other than that, it is sturdy and wheels work well.

Looked everywhere for a sturdy rolling cart like this to hold appliances I didn't want on my kitchen counter and I finally found it! It holds my heavy KitchenAid mixer easily on the floor of my pantry. So easy to roll it out when I need it!
