The Best Mandala Book out there!!
Ok, I can't say enough good about this particular book! When my counselor suggested mandala as a means of helping with anxiety I tried a lot of different print offs online but most of them were either too simple or too complicated. The lines in between were too thin (making it hard to stay in the lines) or vice versa. I was so delighted to find this book! It's much less expensive than the other books I had been looking at. (as well as a lot more pages) I were recommend this book to anyone with stress. (and isn't that everyone?)
