This cookbook not only shows pictures on fine glossy pages with a short introduction to the dish, the use of spices is explained, which helps a cook who is a novice Mediterranean cook. It would make a nice addition to the living room table. However, the spiral bound edition would be more usable in the kitchen.

Practical Recipes
I liked the practical recipes in this book that used a lot of the same ingredients while varying the actual recipes. This allows for cooking multiple recipes and not ending up with a lot of random leftover ingredients. Very useful for meal planning and I'm looking forward to cooking with her recipes.

I love Suzy and her recipes. I have all her books and I follow her on Instagram. I need sometimes inspiration for new recipes, and Suzy's cooking books are perfect.
