My grandson has watched it 5 times. 1st time it scared him but he kept wanting to watch it

Even though I'm not much of a thrill seeker, this movie is very exciting with just the right amount of drama and action to keep you hooked all the way through the movie. Also, I'll watch anything that has to do with the meg shark! It fascinates me.

Received 9 days late and broken
As much as I like the movie I ordered this with another DVD that kept being delayed from FedEx and it took 9 days of back and forth the finally have it dropped off no notif of delivery. When i opened the package both cases were broken this one was missing it's entire bottom half of the case.

The case has a big crease in the case. I have not opened it because I have heard that I can't get a refund if I open it to see if the movie disc is damaged. What do I do?
