It's a great movie that my children enjoyed when they were young so I bought the DVD to upgrade from very old VHS for my grandson. At 6, he may not understand everything in the movie but he enjoyed the movie and asked a lot of smart questions so I'm confident it will become a favorite of his.

A true classic
To me only a couple dozen movies are those I can watch once a year over n over this is one of them.Only two made for kid ones,this and Legend, are in that group.

disappointed customer!
this DVD was purchased for a birthday gift for my son. The NeverEnding story which he really likes, the DVD arrived with the corner of the case cracked and little pieces of plastic in the packaging. Plus the the cellophane covering the DVD itself was torn. I'm very disappointed! I'm going to have to tape it up or something before I gift wrap it, bummer!
