Very appropriate for young children
The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking is a great family DVD. Young kids (and parents) will be singing along to the theme song in no time. “Pippi Longstocking is coming into your town.” I need to find more Pippi movies and buy all that I can!

Delightful Movie!
This was the best of the Pippi storys! My daughter 26 always luved all of these. So i had 2 get this movie now her 4 yr old daughter! She luvs all the funny things Pippi does and the music! She watches this every time she come's here 2 grandma's house! lol

Enjoyable movie
This is a movie we had on VHS and wanted a DVD. It is a loved movie they haven't seen in a while, so it was greatly enjoyed.

What a classic!
I don't know quite how to say it. There's the movies you watch as a child and absolutely love. You find that rare gem of a movie again as an adult, watch it, and think "Wow that is terrible!! Why did I love this movie so much?" Pippi Longstocking, however, is not one of those movies. As soon as I picked this movie up from Site to Store (which is such a breeze!), I went home and watched it and was singing the songs for the next 2 days. I'm so glad Wal-Mart had this on DVD so that I can pass it on to the next generation.
