I have given four stars because these meat sticks are a little tough and spicy. However, it’s still a great choice of protein on its own or in a salad. The meat sticks give the feeling of fullness with 9 grams of protein and 60 calories. It’s a great value otherwise.

However I don’t like that they use a beef casing which makes it hard to appreciate the chicken based snack. The texture and smell reminds me of pet treats.
