The North Face Borealis Backpack / Bark Mist/TNF Black, One-Size

Awesome gift for a graduating senior on his way to college. He absolutely loved it! This particular Pack is tested improving itself with college students and the color combinations are incredibly popular. It was a wonderful gift that will last him for many many years.

I love the duality of this bag, whether it be for work, school, or even play - this bag has been through it all with me. It's such a great bag I bought my girlfriend one for her birthday because she loves my bag. I would recommend this bag to anyone needing something to stuff their school gear in, paperwork for work, or anything that is needed for a day hike or a weekend in the woods.

That one start review is wrong. You can fit books, lunch, and running shoes at the same time. It also will carry two standard 32 oz Nalgene bottles (even though the picture only has one). The small pouch is great for keeping my pens and school items organized and together. No gripes with it yet, but I am not sure how durable this fabric will be. I am typically pretty hard on my backpacks so I am curious to see how long it lasts, none the less, I would probably buy again.

Bought this for my teenage son to use for school and he loves it. The side pockets are very sturdy and hold his water bottle well. Overall the backpack is very sturdy and protects his Chromebook, which I needed with my teenage boy that is hard on everything. He also appreciates the many pockets to keep everything organized.

Such a great backpack. This pack goes from everyday classes to weekend adventures super quick. Storage and compartments galore and they make sense! super light, comfortable and sits perfectly. I have already thrown it around and no signs of damage. very happy with my purchase

I've been using the Women's Borealis Backpack for school and it has been great so far. One of the biggest advantages for me is that it easily fits my 16-inch gaming laptop, which is usually pretty bulky and heavy. What surprised me the most is how comfortable it feels when carrying a heavy laptop. Compared with a regular backpack, the weight feels much better distributed, so it doesn't feel as heavy on my shoulders when walking around campus. The backpack also has plenty of space for notebooks, chargers, and other daily essentials, making it very practical for school.

My first time trying this type(hiking) of backpacks. I really like all the pockets and space. I also really like its big. What I don't like is that hard part for the laptop. I feel that hard thing does not let the backpack be stretchy, cant fold and have to flip sideways when storing it in a wire rack. Other than That I really love my backpack, best investment because I can use for everything.

Perfect for day to day use whether casual or on a trail. Better side pocket materials for durability - especially when a bottle is in there. Seems the company is trying to bring back elements of the past that keep the brand quality at its expectation.

I like the fact that it has several compartments and I can put my laptop in the back pocket safely. The straps for the hips could be a bit thicker. It's also a bit heavy empty.

I really like the Borelis backpack as a 'replacement' for my 20+ yo north face backpack, but it is going to take sometime for me to transition completely. The borelis is slightly less flexible than the old one.
