I initially said the product was too small. I received a reply frorm the company which surprised me. Based on that level of commitment and immediate customer service I am very satisfied with all aspects of this purchase.

Great device. This is the second Guard Your ID that I have used. It works great to black out personal information.

Love this little tool. I got tired of having to shred mail, especially since recycling doesn't accept shredded paper. The ink doesn't work well on ultra-slick papers or when my name/address is printed in extra-bold type. And, you can't simply “roll out” extra ink in those cases because it actually improves legibility on those. However, I'd say my shredder use has decreased by 80-90% since I got this little guy. I don't recall how long I've been using it but I just bought my first roller refills, expecting them in the mail tomorrow. I like the roller so much I bought one for a friend who has experienced identity theft, possibly because she doesn't shred.
