Sometimes its just better to spend a few extra dollars and go with the tried and true. certainly the case here. wastefd more money on knockoffs than if I'd just bought this to begin with. well worth the money.

Great product before I misplaced
This was great for my tense back. Immediate relief. My wife noticed me using it and asked to borrow it and she said she was extremely happy with it as well. However she said she misplaced it and I haven't seen it since. Would still recommend!

Missing Travel Wand.
Shipping was pretty quick. My only complaint is that it did not come with travel wand as advertised %26 pictured %26 there doesn't seem to be anywhere other than here to notify anyone about it.

Disappointed and telling everyone who will listen
It was never delivered. I have proof of a ring door bell camera and multiple delayed emails. The product never arrived and I was denied a refund. I will spend the rest of lying life complaining about walmart and this company. And i was in my window of a refund. SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!! No photo to provide below bc item never arrived!! Scam scam scam!

Ordered this for a gift for my wife and when it arrived we plugged it in and within three seconds it pulled down real slow and just quit and now its dead as a hammer, so now we will see how good they stand behind this product. Stay tuned for more details
