This works surprisingly well for the low price. It's easy to use. I love not spending money on batteries. Just an easy turning motion of the handle takes care of the job.

since this is a manual tool there is no obnoxious loud noise, so fun to use.

The card shuffler sometimes gets jammed, but not often. It works better without the tray, which blocks the cards, that causes the jam. It's not expensive, so I didn't expect it to be perfect and I will use it just knowing there's little quirks.

It didn't work. Only shuffled from one side of the unit. The other side either didn't shuffle at all or at times it would shuffle a few cards from that side. Aso the handle was stuck in the unit so couldn't store the unit back in the box.

Not the one I ordered, one I got uses batteries

Doesn't work well without a handle and being that I didn't open it right away, I was out of luck when I called. Worst part is, you can't just order a handle.
