Manufacturer was extremely helpful in correcting a problem with my order.

I have scoliosis throughout my spine due to serious spinal injuries from an auto accident years ago. Curvature in my spine goes in different directions at different locations. I toss and turn all night long because lying in one position too long causes pain, and then it is even more painful to change positions! I tried this night roll, and it made my pain worse. This does not suprise me due to my scoliosis. My plan is to GRADUALLY wear this in shorter increments to give my spine a chance to adjust. I do believe this night roll will help with time. I gave 4 stars only because of the intial pain reaction, but I honestly believe this product, if I use it properly and with patience, will turn out to be an effective tool for spinal care.

Great length and design with sturdy attatchnents, Roll is a bit too thick and sturdy for a petite need. . . appreciate a cover for the roll. eally enjoy hte McKenzie style.

It is firmer than I anticipated. Not very comfortable to lay on, I thought it would be squishier.

The night roll is too stiff for me to use. It appears to be quality made, but is not for me.

Save your money. It's a waste. You can't wrap it around and it doesn't sit in place. The tie on the ends is useless. Loosens up. Look for something else. Very disappointed with this product.

didnt work for me

This roll is so hard that I woke up after two hours, in pain. I would like to return it for a refund, but when I purchased it, the webpage said that it could not be returned. The only reason I gave it one star was because that was the only way to pull up this remarks box to tell you that this product is not useful to me. It made my back pain MUCH worse. Why did they make this roll so hard ? I can't imagine anyone actually sleeping on this thing. It is an abomination. Nick

I'm a side sleeper, and I thought this night roll would help to keep my spine aligned. I bought the S/M based on the size recommendations. What I didn't realize was that the bigger the size, the bigger around the roll would be. This roll was much bigger than the cervical roll I bought at the same time. Since it would have cost me more to return it to OPTP than to just keep it, I took it out of the bag to use. Not only was it difficult to tie on, it didn't stay in place throughout the night. I would wake up, and it would be twisted around to one side or the other and not the side I was lying on. I think I may have liked the XS night roll if it had been long enough, but I will not order another one. Finally, the cover that comes with the roll presents a whole other problem. I was able to place the roll inside it; however, it was not long enough to cover the entire roll. It has ties on it that are meant to keep the roll in place, but the ties were useless as the cover was too short.

Worthless ! Even with best of results, way over priced.
