The Patriot (Steelbook)

I have been WAITING for this release. This comes with both the original cut and extended cut of this ultimate edition. Walmart in my opinion is one of the cheapest places to buy Steelbooks and ships them in boxes not bubble mailers. From a collector who bought from Walmart, they respect collectors who buy these Steelbooks.

The Patriot is a fantastic film that takes place during the revolutionary war. The steelbook is beautifully illustrated, and the film has been upgraded with DOLBY VISION %26 ATMOS. It includes both the theatrical release and the directors cut of the film, both in 4K with all the bells and whistles in place. I highly recommend it.

This classic finally has the complete package for fans. Finally the movie is available with BOTH the theatrical and director's cuts with dolby vision and dolby atmos. This is a must buy for anyone who loves the movie and wants it in the best possible visual and audio quality. You see every detail and it immerses you even deeper because of this.

This movie is a classic and one I always love returning to watch. This special edition steelbook has an incredible design and seeing the movie upgraded into crystal-clear 4K is a real treat. I've owned a few editions of this movie, but this one is definitely worth picking up.

Excellent movie! Lot's of good action, and a good story. There are even some funny moments thrown in. This movie was already released in 4k before. But, this is the first time the extended cut is in 4k. You also get the theatrical cut in 4k. Two discs in 4k, with special features. PQ and AQ are excellent. I've seen this movie dozens of times, and i've never seen it look this good before. The steelbook itself is really nice. Great artwork and has a shiny gloss to it. Highly recommend to the fans or newcomers.

I love this movie. Mel Gibson at his best in a movie that I actually like better than Braveheart, a young Heath Ledger in an American Revolution setting, what could be better?!?

The Patriot is a classic movie from Mel Gibson. I remember seeing this movie in the theatre and loving it. Now in glorious 4k at just the right time for our nations 250th anniversary. Must buy!

Finally The Patriot is available in 4k and it was worth the wait especially with the directors edition. The movie looks and sounds better than ever! One of the greatest patriotic films ever made!

This new steelbook version of The Patriot features two versions of the film, both with Dolby Vision grading and Atmos soundtrack. A nice upgrade from the previous 2018 4K set.

Not a fault of the third party seller selling through Walmart but probably the carrier doing a horrible job delivering the order on time. 5 days later than estimated. Great value for the actual product though and very happy with the Please Rewind brand as I have used them multiple times directly and through Walmart previously.
