So worth it!!!

Yahaira June 16, 2026

I used to make fun of my cousin for wearing period underwear, but now I absolutely love them! After trying them for myself, I ended up ordering four more pairs and even recommended them to a coworker. They worked great for me, especially since I have a heavy flow. I felt comfortable, protected, and didn't have to worry about leaks. I'm so glad I decided to give them a try!

medium flow at work approved 👍

Arielle May 14, 2026

So I bought this in anticipation of my cycle, by this point of my life I am sick of the irritation that regular pads cause, and the impact of the pollution. these underwear are so comfortable and honestly it is liberating to just be able to bleed as nature intended lol. I was confident enough to wear light pants AND work out. no leaks whatsoever. get you some of these!

Where have these been all my life?

Jessica June 15, 2026

These are the best underwear to wear during your menstrual cycle. I advise to buy at least 3 unless you're always doing laundry. They're very comfortable and are great for postpartum recovery.

Lifesaver

Dorothy June 8, 2026

This has been a lifesaver for me. I can now go out in public without fear of embarrassing leaks, ruined clothing, %26 funky smells. They are really comfortable %26 laundry nice with sanitiser.

Good for slight incontinence

Rosemarie July 20, 2026

I use these for slight incontinence %26 they work much better than the other brand I was using. They're very comfortable %26 the price was right. The only issue I have is that I wish there was about 1" more material at the waistband so it would cover more of my stomach area. I'm 5'4", 150%23 and I bought the large. (I originally bought the XL %26 they were much too big- I returned them %26 bought the L- they're perfect.)

Almost perfect.

TweedleDeez March 29, 2026

It would be completely perfect if it were 2 inches higher of the absorbtion pad in the front. It's a bit too low for those "gushes" that randomly hit. So in my case I have to put a pantyliner going across in the front to make up for the shortage to ensure I don't bleed beyond the area it ends. Hopefully in the future it's actually extended. Other than that it's chef's kiss.

Came apart in the wash

emily February 1, 2026

I have a couple pairs already and they are great, but this time I bought them the top completely unraveled in the dryer. I hadn't even got to wear them yet.

U get what U pay for in THIS case

Lisa May 22, 2025

When I 1st saw period undies, it was in CVS and a lot more money than this and I was a bit skeptical as TRYING cups, etc didn't work out for me. I had enough extra bucks to pay for them without using my actual money so I did buy them but looked online for cheaper options, Walmart usually being the answer to find a much cheaper option of things that still work as good, if not better and these were much much cheaper so I also ordered these and was going to try both and compare. In this case, you DO get what you pay for. I guess if I hadn't tried the actual Thinx undies, those more expensive ones at cvs then id have been happy with these but I did and there's some very BIG differences. YES, for the most part, these do work. My 1st time using both pairs, I did put a regular pair of undies w a pad on over them to be safe until I knew what to expect. These run much larger than the others. I got both brands in an XL. They both have that part directly where you bleed that seems to soak it all in. These, unfortunately DO leak at the sides, whereas the other pair didn't leak at all, anywhere. You DO feel the wet of these after you've gone to the bathroom then pulled them back up. I hate that. You don't feel it w the others. You can smell that metallic blood smell w these vs the others. In short, if you don't want to kick out the money for a great quality pair or just can't afford it, these will be okay but don't trust them without something else TOO which, for me, defeats the purpose. I want to just put on the panties and call it a day and go about my business as usual with NOTHING ELSE needed, just my regular clothes and feel confident im protected, clean, don't smell and can wear ANYTHING whether it's something tight, white, etc. The plus side of these vs the Thinx is they do dry faster. I had used my Thinx 1st so after 12 hours, a full day, I had taken them off, hand washed and hung them up to dry, now putting these on for the night and by morning I kept checking my Thinx to see if they were dry yet cuz I just wanted out of these so badly. I actually ended up putting on regular underwear and a pad, washing these and hanging these up. My thinx finally dried, took a bit longer than these, they have much thicker linings around the inner legs (which is where I leaked in these) but I put those back on until these dried. I never bought multiple pairs in either of these because I really didn't think they'd work at all. I was so skeptical. I just didn't see how this would be possible. These worked... How I expected. I did put them back on a 2nd time now, waiting for my Thinx to dry again AND AGAIN, I just went and grabbed regular undies. Thinx SURPRISED me in a good way and so my biggest recommendation in whichever you decide, you need MULTIPLE pairs. I will NOT buy these again and I don't think I'll even use them as "back ups" for in between while my Thinx dry because I AM going and buying a few more pairs of those, even at double the price. I hv pics of both

Sizing chart is absurdly off

Sarah April 10, 2026

The size chart on the back of the box reads: Their size / US size XS / 00 S / 0-2 M / 4 - 6 L / 8 - 10 XL / 12-14 2X / 16 - 18 3X / 20-22 4X / 24 - 26 5X / 28-30 6X / 32-34 I ordered a size small without knowing this (I based it off the inches provided in the Period Company's size guide in the Walmart app). I normally wear a size 6 which is a small in most brands. i have never seen a small labeled 0-2. Maybe you will find a small is 2-4 and the medium is 6-8. I can live with that. They are very stretchy and I can make them work but wanted to warn others that the size chart is an absolute island in the clothing industry and you will order the wrong size.

Amy June 3, 2025

When I first got these, I loved them. I loved the fit and the absorption is great. However, I washed them one time and the waistband completely unraveled. If the waistband didn't unravel, these would be great. But I just don't know if I should get another pair and risk the waistband unraveling on those as well.
