I absolutely love this. The design on it is greatly detailed. It's really adorable. The color matches my kitchen perfectly. The thickness is pretty thin so I would try not to drop it. It washed up nicely after use. I washed it in the dishwasher as well and it came out fine.

Thankfully, The Pioneer Woman Cow Decal, Stoneware Spoon Rest, IS Dishwasher and Microwave safe! It has been beautifully designed as well as functional and very useful! The overall size & shape, of this spoon rest, is grander than others that I have used in the past. It rest well on my stove top, adding beauty to an otherwise boring stove top. Spoons, large and small, rest securely in the slotted areas without falling or tipping over! All of the painted services look to have been hand painted. I can actually see some of the brush stokes, on it's teal blue bottom and sides. I like the thought of owning a one-of-a-kind piece that's been hand crafted and/or hand painted! I'm at awe of the decorative aspects and elements of this gorgeous spoon rest! When looking at the details on the front, it looks to me, to be a hand painted portrait of a fashionably beautiful, brown, tan & white, cow's head & neck. A painted border of swirling lines and colorful flowers are artfully added making it look like a real painted portrait, to me! Fine details like her eyes, nose and mouth have clear and crisp lines! She even has a heart necklace around her neck and beautiful rusty red colored flowers painted on the right side of her ear. There is a raised decorative border, that I feel and see,, all the way around the outer portion, top side of the spoon rest! I totally agree with The Pioneer Woman, this Cow Decal, Stoneware Spoon Rest is definitely; "AS USEFUL AS IT IS GORGEOUS" (printed on the underside). Also printed is the phrase; "FROM MY FRONTIER TO YOURS" which for for me, adds a kind, personal touch from The Pioneer Woman herself! Overall, I would NOT change one thing about this product! It's made well, easy to clean, Dishwasher safe and even microwave safe! The beauty of the portrait style images has been done extremely well with great craftsmanship, in my opinion! Very useful for me when u am at,the stove cooking and need to lay my spoon, spatula, etc.. down without making a mess! They cradle & lay securely, in the spoon rest, until I need to use again. *Stoneware China

Where to begin in this adorable cow spoon rest. It is an antique white and soft teal. Very true to color. The resting area is oversized and quite generous. I placed A teaspoon so you could see the generous surface area. This will handle even your biggest cooking tools. The cow is cute and whimsical with a flower wreath Head wrap. The top of the rest is adorned with flowers And a design of colorful flowers down the sides. This is just about perfect in my book. I say rush out and get this One!! Love love love it.

This Pioneer Woman Cow Decal Stoneware Spoon Rest is SO ADORABLE! My first thought when I opened it was how cute it is!!! There are so many ways that I can use this! I can use it in my kitchen for it's main purpose (spoon rest), and it even matches the colors of my house! Or, I can use it in my art gallery/office to hold my paint brushes and other utensils on. It is such a great decor piece as well if you just wanted to prop it up on an entertainment center for some added color and spice to a room! I love it!

To my delightful surprise, this Pioneer Woman spoon rest has a larger-than-most spoon area. It is wide enough that you could probably fit 2 utensils on this spoon rest while cooking. I've usually have at least 2 spoon rests that have to be washed after every meal that I cook (I use a lot of different utensils!), so this will reduce my dishwashing a little :). The spoon rest says that it is dishwasher and microwave oven proof. I'm not sure why you would need to put a spoon rest in the microwave, but good to know that the ceramic and paint on it could withstand the heat of a microwave! The quality is just what you'd expect from a Pioneer Woman product. I just wish it had the Basset Hound print…I would buy 3 of those!! My sister will be jealous of the cow print that I received, so maybe one day the hound will be printed and she can get me that one and I can trade her the cow for the Basset!

This colorful spoon rest added a needed decorator punch to my dull stove surface. The cow adds such a homey and country look that I like. Also it is large and can accommodate a larger than usual stirring spoon which I use as I make stews, chili, and sauces often. This rest holds these well without making a mess on stove surface.

The Pioneer Woman Cow Decal Stoneware Spoon Rest is so cute with this beautiful cow on it. I love the colors too. The Spoon Rest is bigger than a lot of spoon rest and I think that is a plus. The Spoon Rest is very sturdy which is a major plus. I think this Pioneer Woman Spoon Rest will last a long time.

I was super excited to receive this Pioneer Woman Spoon Rest. It is adorable and well made. However, there is one major flaw with the producf design: per the red circled areas in the photo, the bottom pieces are not finished or enamled, so they scratch surfaces like a glass top stove. For that reason, I am only giving a 3 star review.
