The Pioneer Woman Evie 3-Piece Cutting Mats

I used these for the first time last night. The large one was perfect for rolling out the pie crust for quiche and transferring it to the pie plate. I used the smaller one for chopping vegetables. I like the no skid feature. My other cutting mats did slide around on my glass top stove and were looking worn, so these are a welcome addition to my kitchen.

There are three different sizes in the package, all with a colorful floral or geometric design. I wish there had been a solid option. These are sturdier than some of the flimsy ones that are available, and the floral patterns actually create a nonslip surface which make them much safer to use. They have enough flexibility in them To make it easy to bend them so that you can slide food into a bowl. I would buy these again

I received The Pioneer Woman Evie 3 Piece Silicone Cutting Mats and I love them! They come in three different sizes, a small, medium and a large so you have a choice as to which one you need. I love the designs on each mat and those designs are a rubbery silicone on one side which helps the mat stay in place on your kitchen counter when you are using it. I love how you can fold it unlike a regular cutting board to pour the cut food into a bowl. They clean up easily too. Very attractive and versitile mats!

These cutting mats are perfect! They are so thin and yet so tough. I'm getting rid of my thick cutting boards that take up so much room in the cabinets and replacing them with more of these. I have used these and cut through tough fish skin, chicken, vegetables, and all types of fruit. They still all still look brand new and don't knife marks at all. The best thing about these silicone mats is the gripper surfaces on the back that keeps the mats securely in place, making cutting safer and easier. They also look really great with the nice patterns, as well.

I have many cutting surfaces. The ones I use the most are made of click board, hard white plastic. I also have glass and have used ones made of wood. These mats are great for cutting on the granite surface of our counters because they have some soft silicon design pieces on the back side that really grip the slick surface of the granite and prevent the cutting mat from slipping. This is really useful when sawing through heavy breads. In fact I will only use these going forward when cutting bread. When using a meat cutting knife, it cut into the surface of the mat a little. Not very deep but it did leave a mark. However there was no evidence of anything penetrating into the mat as a result. The click board does absorb some things and has to be deep cleaned and sterilized from time to time. Right now I don't think that will be needed with these. I will need both since you can't prepare something for the grill on these and then pick it all up and go outside. But for working next to the stove or making a salad, these are great and clean up easy.

The Pioneer Woman set comes with three different sizes: 15x11, 13.25x9.5 and 11.25x7.5. The smaller sizes are even more convenient and manageable when you have a small amount to cut. What makes these really nice are the decorative decal designs on each one which serve to make these non-slip on whatever surface you put these on. Sometimes the simplest items are the most valuable!

These are SO pretty! The pattern is like a little silicon grip on the reverse side so they don't slide around. These are wonderful, I feel like they're really good value. Ooh remember not to cut too vigorously because they are lightweight and you'll scratch them. The big one makes for a wonderful sheet to roll pastry on

These three mats give you different size choices for meat, vegetables and other chopping and I love that they are flexible and fold so you can dump into a pan or bowl without losing pieces. The pattern on the one side is raised and therefore is the "down" side while chopping and grips the counter or table. So-- the mat stays put! Love that. Easy to wash by hand or dishwasher and easy to store. These mats will be a go-to item in my kitchen for years.

I can't say enough good things about these mats! They come in different sizes to use for meats, veggies, fruits and unlike most flexible cutting boards, these have a raised pattern on one side which works perfectly to ensure the board stays put on your countertop. The flexibility allows you to easily lift and scoop your chopped ingredients from board to your cooking pot! They are also easy to clean and would make a great addition to a house warming or hostess gift!

This product comes with three cutting mats: Large (15 x 11 inches), medium (13.25 x 9.5 inches) and small (11.25 x 7.5 inches). All have a smooth cutting surface and a nonslip surface. I used the medium size mat to cut up some strawberries. The mat did not slip. I did notice that the knife blade did leave marks on the mat surface. Not an issue. A nice feature of these mats is that they can be funneled for an easy transfer to a bowl or container. Cleanup was a breeze using a soapy sponge. They can also go in the dishwasher.
