I love everything the Pioneer Woman brings out, but i don't invest in items that don't have quality. This is new material. I'm trying melanine and bamboo. So I thought it would be more sturdy. These items are more fragile than the melamine. If you have kids like me, it's not worth it, but for adults that can handle with care, it's beautiful, and the pattern works well for male and females. This is why i purchased, I love all her floral patterns, but i live with four boys ! They don't enjoy it as much .

not as pretty in person. the utensils are flimsy. not made of good quality and scratch extremely easy with the melamine utensils it came with

This item arrived broken. I wanted to exchange it but customer service representative said they didn't do that. At least I got my money back. However, they should have the option to exchange it, especially since it's in stock.

My salad bowl set came broken. Upon opening my order I found the big salad bowl which is the main serving dish completely broken in half. It's a beautiful design however not sturdy at all due to the material it's made with and arriving broken.

I don't like . It came in a smashed box and packaging . I t has a splint in it and a big hole in it.
