The Pioneer Woman Queen Headboard Made With Solid Wood Frame, Teal

I love this headboard. It is very heavy and well made. My only issue was that it came with no instructions and for me, it was a little confusing on how to set it up but I did finally figure it out. Also, some of the hardware tools that came with this headboard were useless. Did not fit any of the screws/bolts that came with it. Ended up using a Hex L Key.

What a wonderful headboard. It's heavier than we expected but it turns out to be just perfect. Since it was heavier than expected it was somewhat difficult to get it inside my house from where the box was delivered. I know you guys don't control that but it would have been nice if the person who delivered it would have come to let us know where it was. It had been slightly rainy that day. But all is well, we got it in the house and my mother loves it.

This color is a favorite and in this room it brightens our guest room. The Vera Wang sheets were a gift from my sister and the whole thing looks very relaxing!

I LOVE my new headboard. It is everything I wanted! It came wrapped up very well with all precautions taken, and there was no damage. I love the quality it lends to my room and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I also bought two end tables to match and I am very pleased! Thank you 😊🙏

I love the color very well-made. Had a lot of trouble getting the screws in. They didn't match up to the holes all the time. Also FedEx when delivered box was halfway open and cracked the headboard up top very disappointed in FedEx. You need to find a new delivery company.

I wanted a little pop of color when replacing our headboard and opted for this beautiful color! It looks a little muted in person, but still a nice color. The back of the headboard has a pretty sizable chunk taken out of the edge. I can look over that since it will be hidden against the wall. The front had a much smaller gouge that I am hoping I can touch up and possibly color match some paint over it. Overall it is a really sturdy quality headboard.

Bought for new guest room but item was damaged. Perhaps that was why the price was so low, but that was not disclosed in the listing. Was not damaged in shipping, seemed packaged with damage. Other than that item is great.

The item arrived with the box torn and holes in it. When I opened the box, the headboard had damage to the top front and a lower corner. The box had very large print telling me not to return to WalMart, but to call the number printed on the box. The representative apologized for the damage and was very polite. Then I started getting emails telling me it was too expensive to ship it back, and they had no replacement. I asked for a discount because of the damage, and they offered to refund me $25! They said the refund was not based on the price I paid. I told them that was not satisfactory to me and they told me to take it back to WalMart, which is 45 miles away and the headboard is very heavy. They finally agreed to pay me $35 dollars. All I could do was take that and keep the damaged headboard. I knew that even if I could get it to WalMart they would not do anything about it. I promised them a poor review and here it is. It was sold by WalMart as Pioneer Woman headboard, but was manufactured by another company. Beware and do not order this item, or any others that are handled through a 3rd party, and they do not make the third party easy to determine.

I just open the top. its not even out of the box and the top is damaged in 2 spots. I'm not sure if its damaged anywhere else because i dont want to remove it completely out of the box. My first time ordering online for furniture and very disappointed.

Headboard arrived busted. Of course the warehouse had no more in stock. I even offered to take one in Teal if they had it available and they said that was against policy. The headboard was pretty, but the headache all of this broken headboard has caused, it's not worth it. Especially trying to load it in the car and take it back to the store when it was originally delivered by FedEx.
