Smooth squeeze handle and excellent scraping of scoop.
The ease of handle squeezing and how well the scraper in the scoop glides to get most of the cookie/muffin batter out easily and dropped onto the pan. Excellent scoop!!!

Excited to use it for ice cream scoops for frezze drying.
It didn't go all the way across the scoop so it was hard to do ice cream with it?however we will try cookie dough an other things for sure
