The Pioneer Woman Sweet Rose 6.4-Quart Enamel on Steel Dutch Oven with Lid

I have a couple of Dutch oven pots and they’re heavy and thick. This one is light and thin because it’s steel. I used it for the first time to see how it goes and I only use it to boil corn. It was good, it boiled the corn nicely. Plenty of room and didn’t burn the bottom of the pot. I’m thinking to just use it for stews so it’s only low heat and fire

very pretty Dutch oven set up . as with all pioneer stuff it seems to be good quality , its not the super heavy kind of pot , its kind of light weight , you can stick it in the oven though the handles wont melt does have a nice non stick coating inside the pot . nice flat bottom so far no warping . it does have a nice tall lid so if your baking bread and what not you have plenty of room for rising . lid seals 95% good .,

The PW 6 qt Dutch Oven is a versatile piece of cookware that's a must have in every kitchen. I like being able to use it on the stove top making large pots of stew and soup. I also like being able to use it in the oven for cooking a roast, a whole chicken or baking a cake! I haven't experienced any staining yet either which was a main concern for me since the inside is white. With its beautiful design and colors it easily goes from stove/oven to tabletop for serving. For the versatility, size and style it adds to your kitchen I highly recommend purchasing this Dutch Oven!

Okay let me start by saying I absolutely love this Dutch Oven! Cooks things beautifully & keeps the flavor, just don't overcook your food or else it can become dry quickly. I've used it several times, but my absolutely favorite thing to cook in it is Meatballs in Garlic & Oil. Just put your ingredients in as you want them to cook & set the timer, it's wonderful. It has a very nice design, although a little flowery for my liking. It's decorated very nicely, not cheaply done. It gets extremely hot & stays that way for a little while, so be very careful with handling this item. Make sure that you're using pot holders or oven mitts, towels, etc. My only issue with this item is not the item itself, it's the instructions or directions that come with this. You don't receive any direct information regarding the item you've purchased, warnings, material it's made of, what you can or can't do with it, how to clean it or anything like that. All you receive is a pamphlet on every material they use on their items, that's a problem & can result in accidents by their customers. If you don't know about your purchase, not everyone is going to look up proper dos & don'ts. Too many people will guess & some will be wrong, that's when accidents happen. I do strongly recommend this product, just know what you're buying.

this is an enamel pot. its not very solid. Design is really beautiful, nice addition to me kitchen.

While the pot is pretty, everything sticks to it and leaves black marks even after soaking and scrubbing.

This The Pioneer Woman Sweet Rose 6.4-Quart Enamel on Steel Dutch Oven with Lid is pretty but I can honestly not recommend it. I made any pots nemesis, noodles (macaroni), needless to say it did not like them. They stuck only couple minutes after boiling. They did not come loose, even with using salt. This pot is very beautiful, but it does not get my approval at all. Very disappointed in Pioneer Woman! As you can see in the pic, it wasn’t just a small amount of sticky, it was a lot! I do not advise spending your money on this. I was not happy with it at all. I’d rather have an ugly pan that cooks awesome and does not stick than one that sticks within a couple minutes. I think I’m gonna use it as a planter instead of a pot for cooking. Would make a beautiful planter for flowers :)!!!

Beautiful design, colors. I just do not like that the lid and handles gets very hot. I have to use pot holders to handle it, usually with pots you don't have to use anything to handle it just your hands but this one gets so hot. It also made my sauce stick and burn at the bottom. Everything sticks and burns, I thought it would be the complete opposite, it was awful. My sauce was cooking for less than 5 minutes and I smelt it burning and had to turn it off. When I cooked my vegetables it also burned very quickly, this doesn't happen with any other pot I have.
