The Pioneer Woman Timeless Beauty Aluminum Teal 10-Inch Frying Pan

This beautiful 10-Inch Frying Pan has a tough nonstick interior frying area. It is made from durable aluminum with a nice teal colored exterior and comfortable, easy to grip soft heat- resistant coated handle. Cooks evenly and extremely easy to clean. It even has an added unique and beautiful floral design on the bottom so don't have to hide it in a cupboard, just hang it on a wall or put on a shelf ! Read the directions because it is dishwasher safe but the directions recommend hand washing. And no harsh material for scrubbing. The directions say to use low to medium heat only. I use mine for eggs, pancakes, and for sauteing vegetables and it works great and food just slides out!!

This is a very attractive looking pan, with nice detailing on the bottom (that although you can't see when using, is a nice little touch and shows attentive, thoughtful design). The handle is a rubberized material that seems to be heat resistant (I assume this is accurate, given that the label says it can be used in the oven; albeit at low temperatures, more on that later). The teal color is vibrant and lively, making a great addition to my kitchen. The photo is an accurate representation. I already owned a non-stick, name-brand frying pan that has effectively replaced all of my other pans (I previously used strictly cast iron, but decided to give non-stick a try; I frequently melt cheese directly in the frying pan which can be troublesome; but non-stick has served this purpose well, as well as all others). Needless to say, I was very excited about this offer and quickly snatched it up. This pan is a reasonable size, 10", which gives enough room to cook most single-serve items (several eggs, or a chicken breast, et cetera), and not so large that it is overwhelming, bulky, or heavy. It fits on my stove's heating element quite nicely without too much over hang, and has very little weight which is a nice added bonus (coming from cast iron especially). The key to working with non-stick pans (and this is advised on the included instructions) is to use low-medium heat. If you use high heat, you won't have much luck. I gave this a test run today on a piece of chicken and it worked exactly as expected. Note: This pan will NOT work on induction cook tops. I do use a very fine layer of oil just to assist (equivalent to a shot-or-two of non stick cooking spray). Overall, this is a great pan that lived exactly up to my expectations. I received it for free, but with a quick glance I see it is selling for about $10 which is absolutely incredible. At that price, I would have been hesitant to purchase (thinking you get what you pay for), and I would have been totally wrong. It works just as well as my $40 non-stick pan (and it is prettier, too). If you are looking at trying out non-stick pans I'd give this one a shot; it's an inexpensive introduction that doesn't disappoint, assuming that you use it on low heat. Good luck!

It's well made frying pan that has a great price! I was extremely surprised at the strength but, stunned by it's looks. It's so pretty that I almost hate to cook in it. The handle has great rubber overlay that will keep it from falling out of anyone's hands, and it's colored to match the pan. The bottom of the pan has the tradition steel rings that go around the bottom but, engraved into them are beautiful flower designs with the logo. This engraving has color in also that really pops!!

I've had this pan for about 8 months now, using it several times a week. I'm accustomed to budget nonstick pans performing great when they're brand new but then gradually becoming scratched etc. Not this pan. Mind you, I do have enough common sense (and experience) to not put this pan in the dishwasher, and I only use silicone cooking utensils with it. I gently hand wash it only, towel dry it immediately and thoroughly, and put it back in the cabinet. Even with as much use as it's had, I'd say it still looks and functions like 98% brand new, and the handle is still just as solidly attached as the day I brought it home. This was definitely money well spent, and I'm so glad I found it. I have a lot of PW stuff in my kitchen, and none of it has disappointed!

Best investment ever! I love the detailed work on this pan. My favorite! I have cooked many dishes with this beautiful pan with no issues. Easy to wash and clean! Love it! If you're debating whether to get one or not.. GET IT! You will not regret it. I purchased 1 for my daughter, the mint colored one and she LOVES it!

This pan is a great value. I've had another one for over a year and it has held it's quality. I like the weight and functionality of the pan. I like it so much, I recently gave one as a gift and have three extra ones that I purchased. I just think it's a great pan and a great price.

I didn't expect much at this price but this is a real bargain. Appearance wise it looks absolutely great. I love the shape which is a little deeper than others, the well formed handle, and the beautiful base. This isn't some wobbly piece either. It is well made and sits flat on a glass surface. The interior still looks like new despite my wife's reputation of being able to make oil stick to Teflon. Looks great in red.

This is truly a frying pan with style! It's so pretty you almost hate to use it. The pan has a nice weight to it; definitely would not consider it "cheaply made". The size is just right to cook for 2 people and I like the higher sides on the pan. I found it interesting that it says to "use on low to medium heat", but I would imagine that would keep the nonstick interior last longer. Although the pan is "pretty", I think the laser cut art on the bottom of the pan might eventually be impossible to clean well. Overall, I really like this frying pan and I believe it will last for a long time. I am a participant in the Spark Reviewer Program and this review is my own, honest opinion.

This frying pan is very lovely looking, with brilliant blue color and gorgeous design on the bottom. The handle is a softer plastic grip with a nice notch to hang for display. However- the pan's fancy design is risen above-the bottom- making it likely to get dirt underneath the etchings. This will be hard to keep looking so nice. The design has sharper edges, which made me nervous about using on my flat top stive. The handle is very nice- easy to grasp. But where the handle attaches to the pan could be stronger. The non stick surface works well. I wanted to like this pan more. I would not recommend the pan to a friend unless they were really into Pioneer Woman items and wanted for limited use or display.

I purchased this non stick skillet in Teal. After only 3 uses the teal enamel started peeling off the body and sides of the skillet. I am highly disappointed. Note I have only hand washed this skillet. I would not purchase this skillet again nor do I recommend it.
