The Producers
One of our family's favorite musical comedies of all time, right up there with Grease. Matthew Broderick, Nathan Lane, Uma Thurman and an all star supporting cast knock this movie outta the ballpark! This is a complete Mel Brooks remake of his earlier version of The Producers from 1967, which was not a musical, and the two movies feel nothing alike. In my opinion, the original falls flat. However, this version sticks with you and keeps you singing.

The Producers DVD
We were able to find it on WalMart.com, and my daughter was very happy. It was one of the things she really, really wanted for Christmas, and it came in a timely fashion, with free shipping.

musical fun
We laughed out loud to this movie. Performances were great, although Broderick seemed to be performing for a Broadway audience instead of a camera. But that is easily forgiven when you are enjoying yourself.
