It's easy on the stomach and it works

constipation relief
I only had to use these once when I went on a trip and found myself unable to go to the bathroom the first day after arrival. I took it at night and the next day I was able to relieve myself, which opened the way for the rest of my trip. I felt no pain and no stomach problems either.

Wasn't that impressed
As long as you have it with a fourth of a cup of prune juice you might have some success but alone even with a lot of water no you need a stool softener on top of it

My 85 year old mother tried this but it didn't work. She's on 2 forms of oxycodone with the resulting constipation. She is always willing to try new products. Unfortunately not much works.
