Lightweight, but durable
I was so pleased when this pan arrived to find how lightweight it really is. I have failing joints and having such a sturdy and versatile pan is a must. I have only used it a few times, but so far it's holding true to the quality I expected from Starfrit's 'Rock Diamond' collection. For years I threw away money on other non-stick pans, but not any more! The 'Rock Diamond' collection is incredibly durable and has an excellent non-stick. It's such a great way to limit or in some cases remove the need for added fats/oils when cooking health meals. It's a great investment for your kitchen and health.

Best Christmas Present EVER!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My husband surprised me with this skillet last Christmas and I can say he has been using it as much as I do. I've been on a hunt for the perfect frying pan...and he found it.

Scratched my Induction Cooktop!
Check the bottom of the pan for sharp edges before using this on a glass top stove. One side of the outside bottom still had the rough black coating along the base. I love the way this pan cooks but noticed a big scratch on my new induction cook top after the first use.

Pretty good pan
The pan is okay. The non-stick coating works well. My only complaint is with the handle. Because it's a hollow metal tube, the heat is channeled out through the handle and the handle gets extremely hot.

Fire Hazard
I bought this pan about a year ago and up until yesterday, I was very happy with it. Last night I was frying schnitzel and wondered how the oil was gathering on my stove top around the pan. I wiped it up and then lifted the pan up and immediately the surface of my stove top went on fire. Upon investigation of the pan, the seam had let go.

Crap
I bought 3 sizes of these frying pans. All 3 the coating started to come off quicker than my cheap frying pans. And one also warped.
