Flat Bread. Like Greek style pita. No pocket
People have complained that this has no pocket. It is Flatbread. That is what is printed on the package. It is very much like Greek style pita (which also does not have a pocket) . This is soft and pillowy and is great with spinach, red onions and mushrooms (all fresh) on top after spreading parmesan peppercorn dressing on the flat and finally topped with baby swiss , then toasted. That's the way the served it at the tavern near Dartmouth college years ago when I visited my friend. BTW sometimes this style bread does get a pocket. Mine did. Absolutely great toasted with sprinkle of garlic salt and served with hummus

These are perfect for pizza. We toasted them in the Blackstone and top with our favorite toppings.

No Pocket!!
tastes very good but has NO POCKET...truly flat but dbl thickness. very disappointing to me, I like a pocket!!!
