Haven't had a chance to try these yet myself.... but since they came highly recommended by my neighbor who is also a smoked sausage enthusiast... and also since he used them on the last batch of jumbo wieners that he smoked for me... I thought what can I lose... I will be giving them a run for their money when my new sausage stuffer arrives... but I already know they live up to their reputation... and they seem to be the brand of choice by many sausage makers on YouTube...

Very good quality, I've never have any damaged before casing the meat, once you start the process it all depends to you, but normally they will hold a decent amount of pressure before popping up, definitely recommended. I will usually pack them back with salt and store them in the fridge again for the next batch, after a couple months I have not noted any damage or degradation

I was happy to find a small quantity of pork casing to make a homemade sausage. If I'm successful at making the sausage. I would definitely buy more casing from this company. The price is reasonable.

WORKED VERY WELL

once you soak them it was hard to open it up so you can rest through the casing itself. so I would say trying to get the casings open up so you can run water through it

im new to Boudin making. this product is definitely a a must. i have made Boudin with these. reheat at low temperatures to keep from bursting into a mess.

wasnt at all anywhere close to the item I ordered. i order sausage casing and got 3 month old's onesie. smh
