The Sausage Project Classic Roasted Chicken Sausage, 4-Count, 12 oz

This is a great product! Most sausages give me indigestion and these did not they were flavorful, made of chicken and had snap casing which I like because it reminded me of the East Coast. I had one with scrambled eggs for breakfast. I had one in a brioche roll with onions and mustard Chicago style. Worth it to try.

The sausage was better and larger than I expected. More flavorful than another brand I tried and for 130 calories and 12 grams of protein well worth the cost. Pan grilled in a teaspoon of olive oil. It will be a new addition to my bi weekly breakfast shopping list.

I don't usually like to review product that use every day. But this sausage product was delicious. I think I had finished both of the packages in less than one week. Additionally, sausages had a lot of flavors either cooked or not cooked.

Great neutral flavored chicken sausage! I bought one pack to try it out. I made homemade ramen and put it on top as my protein like the pictures recommended. It came out a little rubbery using the package instructions, but I think it's because I overcooked. I also tried it air fried on a bun with mustard and it was good, better texture.

These chicken sausages are so good! During a busy work day, I love to pop a saudage in the microwave for a quick and easy lunch that also tastes delicious! i am sure these would be even better when drilled or prepared on the stovetop. These are a good source of protein and legitimately taste so good. I can't wait to try the other flavors!

Finally a chicken sausage that doesn't use beef casing. I will say, that I truly enjoyed the product as someone who is allergic to beef. The flavor was fantastic and I used the sausage in my breakfast burritos. I will definitely be purchasing again and trying other flavors.

I find the sausage to be very good. this is second time buying. will buy again. don't forget it's precooked

I saw an ad to buy one get cash back for one so I tried it. It is good product. The price is very good compared to other meat choices today. The original recipe is mild in flavor. Is juicy without being greasy like some other. Chicken sausage is healthy you don't have to feel guilty for eating it. There isn't overpowering seasoning that some brands to compensate for chicken being somewhat bland by itself. The only thing I didn't like was the skin being slightly tough but it wasn't off putting

the flavor was good but the skin is so thick and chewy didn't care for that....we just parked out of our sure around it...... won't get it again cuz of that... but it smelled good, some good flavor.

This sausage project chicken sausage was not bad. It didn't have a lot of flavor and it was a bit dry. That is the trade off for less far I guess. It was better mixed with sauce, veggies and pasta. Eating it like you would brat, on a bun with mustard, was not satisfying at all.
