I chose to review this because of the after effects of using this box of fun ideas to set off those feel good endorphins. The ideas got me out of my routine and made me feel good about myself. You can thumb through different cards to see what fits your mood for the day and they can help you change it if you want to. This box has different categories of "Life, Love & Laughter" with suggestions like "Walk barefoot in the grass". It also helps feel like you're accomplishing something by doing something really simple and enjoyable. I'd highly recommend this if you feel like you need some self care and not just one day in the spa, but something to make you smile for awhile.

I am obsessed with my self care bucket list! I set out this year to take better care of myself and was generally struggling trying to keep up with it all. This bucket list was exactly what I needed to remember the little things and also be sure to spend time on me (in loads of fun, easy, and memorable ways). What's even better is I started going through the cards with my daughter and we both are having a blast seeing what new activity we'll get each day. Highly recommend and can't wait to see how this will impact the year ahead! ❤️❤️❤️

I think that these would make a really good gift idea or even a white elephant gift idea for parties because it's a really funny and cute way to get people to do nice things for themselves. Especially as being a mom sometimes I just don't take the time to do things for myself or get out and do things alone and I think that these little cards how to change yourself to put yourself first every once in a while so that you can really take good care of yourself and be in proper mental health. As my husband always says you can't take care of the people you love if you don't take care of yourself. Super cute cards, with a really great ideas!

With the way the world is today what a wonderful way to remind myself to practice self care. This Self Care Bucket List Box Set contains cards that apply to life, love and laughter and contains dividers so you can keep track of the cards you are doing, have done and those you still have yet to accomplish. We all think that we understand and know what self care is but some of these cards had ideas that I never would have thought would be part of self care, for example, "Meet up with someone who inspires you and buy them a coffee. Tell them they inspire you, how grateful you are to know them" in the Love category and there are so many others that will truly inspire you to get out of that fun and you can get your friends and family members in on the fun as well. When I first opened the box and got started I read through different cards and picked the one I liked best but now I just reach in and pick one and allow fate to choose how I will practice self care that day. Really awesome box set that is a great addition to every household.

The Self Care Bucket list is a box full of innovative, thoughtful and some silly recommendations. The ideas are sorted in different categories such as laughter and life. Many are simple ideas that just make you feel better. There are 3 dividers. One "To do", one "In Process" and one "Done". This box reminds me how just being more aware of my day makes a difference. The proverbial "stop and smell the roses" so to speak. With the current pandemic it's top easy to fall into moments of despair and stress. This box, not to sound corny, make the day a little brighter.

This bucket list is a nice concept and we'll designed. The first thing I noticed is the quality of the cards and case. There are also a lot of ideas and it will be useful for a long time. As a guy this seems to be geared towards women not that a guy couldn't use it as well the suggestions are more geared towards mental well-being as opposed to accomplishing goals. Over time I may go through these and find they are great but my first impression was that I was looking to accomplish those goals I may have forgotten about. The good part is that the quality will mean I will have this around for a long time to play with.

In reviewing your own self care goals, this package gives some fresh ideas to take care of yourself. I love the different types of things that it offers,, from physical tasks, to funny quips. The ideas are great!! I recommend it highly if you need help to take better care of yourself!!

I really enjoyed using this Self Care Bucket List Game it was a lot of fun and I found it quite Interesting and informative. As a mom to two Kids I am always worried about taking care of My family and I never worry to much about Myself and my well being. After playing this Game I realized I need to slow down and enjoy Life and take time to do what makes me happy. This game is a true inspiration and I really Appreciate the encouragement I got from it To make me be a better person. I highly Recommend it to everyone

Business Corporate Gifts, it's not for me. I tried for a couple rounds and this is for someone who has no other resources I believe. I wasn't interested in at even after the first few days. I constantly told myself what stupid idea does it have now. But that's just my opinion, you might like it.

I actually thought I was getting a game of some sort. Nope. All this is is a bunch of index sized cards that tell you to do things like walk in the rain or sing loud. I'm pretty sure I can figure out what makes me happy or not, and most of these cards are not it. Also, there is no description on the outside of the plastic wrapped box whatsoever, so even if I was looking at it to see what it was about, it's impossible to do so unless you open it, dig out the terribly tight instruction card from the box, and read the extremely small print on that card. (I'm 20/15 vision BTW) I think that they need to completely rethink the packaging. Another thing, the price point on this box of index cards with words is RIDICULOUS!!!!! I mean, completely crazy. It should definitely not be grouped in with games for sure. I will not be using this.
