I have been using parchment paper or aluminum foil to protect my pans. I've never used silicone mats although I see they are used so much in cooking shows. Game changer! No more trying to fit the parchment paper and they clean up nicely and saves from having to throw foil, etc in trash. What I REALLY NEED TO SAY is the packaging of the products is FIRST class. Products come in cotton knit/mesh bags that are great for storing but SO AWESOME to use for produce instead of those plastic bags that can test patience to open and of course junk up the landfill. (This my comment about saving the planet) I will be buying gifts from here for sure. It's like a 2 in 1 gift!

The baking mats are essential. I love them! They're easy to clean and things don't stick. The baking cups are great too. They're exceptional. I love their products and I will definitely purchase from them again!

Good quality! Does what it says. Won't use the bag. It comes with for this but it is a good bag.

I have never used silicon for baking or kneading/rolling dough. These worked flawlessly. So far Meatballs and chicken did not stick, pizza was easy, and the pizza dough I made had no problem being rolled out on the silicon mats. I am glad I got the bundle because both smalls side by side fit my small baking sheet and both large side by side fit my large baking sheet. I will recommend these to all who will listen to save money and bake foods safely.

These baking mats are great - so easy to work with and very easy to clean - dishwasher safe. No more big rolls of parchment paper to store. I sponsor a workshop twice a year through my work. The silicone baking mats are a wonderful addition to the silicone cupcake cups. These 2 purchases have already saved me money, as parchment paper is a thing of the past and cupcake papers are too! Easy to cleanup too!
