Very mild truffle taste. Usable and does add some flavor. Real problem is that the stuff is NOT popcorn salt--it is actually fairly coarse grind, not the really fine grind you want for popcorn, and it clumps rapidly in the jar. You have to pound the bottle on the counter to shake loose some flakes after about a month of it being opened.
I thought this would have a good flavor. It was clumped and stiff in the middle after opening it. So, either the contents was exposed to air in the manufacturing/packing process or its just poorly made. The small amount I was able to dig loose tasteded good. Great concept too much of a struggle to enjoy!
