This is great to use as a enhancement to cooking. I actually use this in several spice blends or rub recipes when grilling. That way I use this as an addition for flavor, and the bonus for Me is I control the amount of Salt used. And You use to make this fresh, and doesn't have hidden ingredients or preservatives. Think about using on Pizza, Pasta, and veggies for a little extra flavoring.
This added a very nice flavor layer to all our dishes such as meatloaf, spaghetti, pineapple chicken, etc. etc. I will reorder again and again! So happy to have found this!

Absolutely worthless. If it did not state it was from red bell peppers, I would not have known that. I buy a lot of red bell peppers, thought this would be a better way than having to decore and slice them. I mistakenly waited too long for a refund. Again, absolutely worthless
8.00 for half a cup? I will definitly be minincing my own going forward. You can dehydrate so many things yourself and save a fortune in many spices.
