This cardamom tastes as it was freshly ground from high quality cardamom. Delicious. My only criticism based on my personal preference is that it is not very finely ground. It's a little coarse which I did not expect.

I was unfamiliar with the spice until I bought some. Now I can't seem to get enough of it! It is very good in stir fry, veggie soups and certain dips. I have yet to experiment more with it to figure out what else it will be good in! Yummy 🤤

I love cardamom, but it's so expensive! when I opened the package it was not very fragrant. to me that means that it is an older package. I could be wrong. but there is no expiration date on this package. I'm using it up as fast as I can, because cardamom does not keep well in the ground form. I have bought other items from Spiceway, and they have been very fragrant and fresh
