With Cinnamon… Make French Toast
If you want a REAL breakfast of French Toast done right - buy this spice, and add cinnamon. People all over the EU use this spice, which has a history going back to Southeast Asia… this spice can also be used in savory Hindi dishes like Keema and others. Ah. Add some curry… yummy-yum-yum.

I was unfamiliar with the spice until I bought some. Now I can't seem to get enough of it! It is very good in stir fry, veggie soups and certain dips. I have yet to experiment more with it to figure out what else it will be good in! Yummy 🤤

Tastes fresh but not very finely ground
This cardamom tastes as it was freshly ground from high quality cardamom. Delicious. My only criticism based on my personal preference is that it is not very finely ground. It's a little coarse which I did not expect.
