It's a fine product, mixes well with a bit of quality wine vinegar and a good olive oil. I add some finely chopped black olives for a bit of a texture and flavor twist.
Kept hearing about this blend so looked it up. I LOVE YOUS BLEND
Great staple to have in my pantry.
I really like the ease of having all the spices in a ready to use, well balanced mix. Super convenient and very tasty!
It is so versatile, I use it with meat and even vegetables!
Try adding it on salmon, it is divine.
High quality and fast addsion to sauce for any meat
good taste, but way too much salt.
Not as pictured. More finely ground than illustrated. Also, no recipe for mixing came with it. Had to go online to see how and what to mix with it.
I'm only submitting this review so other gullible consumers are not throwing their money away, like me. Perhaps I'm naive to the ways of chimichurri, and in my desperation during winter when I am unable to grow my own fresh herbs, the vibrate green color featured in one of the product description pics made my frozen winter heart drool with delight! I knew that it will not likely be as good as fresh, and desperation fueled my purchase as even the local grocers only were selling nasty parsley, cilantro and the likes. Since instruction are not included, I wrote them on the package so I didn't have to fire up my laptop to get the instructions to make my beloved chimichurri I'd been missing so. I followed the instructions, prepared it the night before, and when finally getting to read the actual ingredients, scratched my head at paprika as the first ingredient… ??? It's NOT vibrant green. It's, shockingly, paprika red. I thought maybe when it sits overnight, maybe things will look different, knowing in my heart it was likely going to be 💩. But, I decided, since I've never tried chimichurri dried stuff to give it the benefit of the doubt. But, I was correct. It sucked. I was making a chicken salad in which the chimichurri is used as a marinade and the dressing. It tasted ok but also like I'd rather just wash that junk off my chicken before I put it on my salad. I skipped it as the dressing as well. It's gross. Also, upon further reading some of the reviews, a lot of them say the same thing, but with different name. Shady and gross. Save you money or throw it in the trash, like me!
