I put this in my own peppercorn mix with pink and black, i didnt do white because that one is spicy! hands down this green one helped me make my mix into such an amazing flavor that i just cant get enough of!! this green peppercorn is herbal tasting and fragrant, and so delecious!

Product came fast, fresh, and had no defects or quality control issues. Whole peppercorns came un-ground. I rated 5 stars for heat because they taste good, not because they are hot (they are in fact very mild) Green peppercorns have a milder, almost floral, flavor than their black peppercorn sibling. Black peppercorns are dried and roasted giving them a sharp flavor. While green peppercorns (which come from basically the same plant) are harvested unripe. These are a little pricier, and probably have been sitting longer, than you can find at stores specializing in spices. But being whole peppercorns and sealed means they are fine honestly. If you aren't planning on a big order from a spice store, these are better imo since you can add them along with normal groceries.

After being given a sample , of these from an Indian (india) friend. Who bring s it back from her trips to India . This companies green peppercorns dont taste much. Hers have a fresh taste. Like green peppercorns should. These seen old n dry. This package was a month from its expiration date. I should have just bought them from the company directly.
