Hyssop vrs. others
I ordered this because it contains hyssop. Other zaatar products do not. I think hyssop is more traditional/authentic in the Levant. I will be comparing it to one without hyssop to see if I can taste the difference.

On repeat
I can’t go one night without dipping my bread in this za’atar, The Lebanese mix is my favorite, this company’s always had the freshest smell and look and taste, packaged air tight and correct ounces. No fillers or thyme, best taste. When I buy off the shelf it’s never as fresh, tastes like it’s been sitting in the shelves for too long. Great on bread, eggs, cucumber and tomato’s , amazing with tzatziki and falafel. You won’t be let down. Put it in a jar and spoon it into everything.
