I watched this movie in theatres during the week of its release and I loved it. So many easter eggs and fan service.. esp Fox McCloud. So I had to get the limited edition Steelbook. I love that they made it look like Rosalinas story book. It will look great on my shelf as a display. The inside art is also nice. The movie is in both regular blu ray and ultra 4k which is awesome.

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is a true cosmic masterpiece! The stellar animation brings the gravity-bending worlds to life beautifully. The absolute highlight is Brie Larson voicing Rosalina. She delivers an incredible performance that perfectly captures the character's signature mix of celestial strength and gentle, caring grace. It beautifully honors the original game's emotional storybook legacy flawlessly! Truly amazing!

An Easter Egg Extravaganza No matter what generation of Mario game was your first, this movie references it. From the music to the power ups to the cameos, this movie is a love letter to Nintendo games. The story may not be as strong as the first movie, but watch them back to back to get an epic experience. The animation is excellent, the voice cast are hilarious, and it's a great movie for all ages. The Steelbook design itself pops, looks great on the shelf, and matches the first movie's Steelbook design perfectly.

I love this movie!!!! The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is another fun adventure with Mario, Luigi, Peach and now joined by Yoshi!!!!!!! The steelbook looks incredible!!!!! I'm going to watch this movie over and over again!!!!!!!

The Super Mario Galaxy movie is a great sequel to the first movie and it expands on the story and world building from the original. Everyone has their time to shine and the story has a few cool characters included that I was not expecting. Overall I enjoyed this movie as much or maybe a little better than the original movie. Nice family movie. The steelbook is in the form of the key book in the movie with Rosalina's castle on the inside. Nice images for the steelbook and has both the 4K and regular blu ray discs with digital code.

The movie overall was alright. Though if you are not a Mario fan or if you did not like the first animated Mario Movie, then it may be hard to recommend. Visually looks great and has a good musical score. Though the story leaves things to be desired. The Steelbook overall looks pretty nice with it looking like a story book. Though mine unfortunately does not close well with the clips not wanting to stay. Aside from that, it's a solid Blu-ray release.

There are plenty of animated movies that are enjoyable for adults and children. This movie was made exclusively for children. Not much story, not many clever codmey bits, nothing that holds your interest for very long. I thought they were going to do something interesting with Bowser, but in the end he just went back to being the standard bad guy. Young kids will enjoy this tho.

Movie itself is great. The steelbook was flimsy and doesn't close securely. It won't be a problem since we typically watch digitally, but it is disappointing.

if you got the first movie, then you'll enjoy this one. I do like they keep the theme of the first cover with a power up with this one. As for the movie, it is good but not as good as the first one. I would only recommend this one if your a big fan.
