Different, compelling
Firstly, this arrived new as stated, and shipped with no issues. There is some great bonus features on it. As for the movie itself. It's powerful although appearing laid back and understated. Very creepy, and pacing is slow but perfect as it unwinds levels and layers of depth and innocence. That's the heart and soul of this movie. Simplicity with depth and innocence. It's listed as horror, but it's light gore by today's standards. Necessary SPOILER ALERT: It shows the gore of small non domestic animals in it, although it doesn't show the killing itself. This is not that kind of horror. This is psychological and mental kind of scary. It keeps a person guessing until the end. It's extremely well acted.
