Needs better packaging
Pretty skimpy shipping packaging, No bubble wrap or air bags just a small box to fit the dvd cases. Which resulted in several cracked dvd cases and scratched disks which froze and skipped when trying to play.

Disappointed
I'm having trouble with the DVDs playing. The first two would not play at all. Now I'm having enough trouble with the series afterwards that I may have to go through the hassle of a return. I really don't want to but for what they cost I may have to.
