Beautiful fabric
This Dorothy dress used beautiful fabric. It's silky with like mirrored spots. It shine so pretty in the sunlight. The inside a bit scratchy but my daughter wore bike shorts and a white tshirt underneath with no issue. Super cute with the ring reds!
