The Wizard of Oz Glinda Deluxe Costume for Toddlers by Rubies, Girls 2T-4T

The dress is absolutely beautiful and well-made. Comes with a huge generic plastic put it together crown that is too big for a toddlers head! Bad thigs is I had to return it because it was too small for my 4 year old. The size said 2-4 years old, but it is only for a 2 year old or a small 3 year old.

My daughter is a small 2t.. I ordered a 3t-4t and it was way to small. Very mad!!

it really is a beautiful dress. i had to cut the sleeves off and even without the sleeves it made for a gorgeous dress

Very nice quality for a Costume, but crown fits an adult head. had to add more Velcro to make it fit.

I read the reviews so I ordered my 20 month old a toddler 3t-4t. My older daughter is 3... well it's still small on my little one. I had to cut the sleeves because the elastic was cutting off the circulation on her arms. After opening the costume and seeing how small it is, I emailed the company it came from... it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard back from them... oh well, guess I should have ordered a 5/6 for very small (in the 4th percentile for weight) baby girl

I bought the costume for my 2 yr old. The size was 3-4t. I could not even try it on her. Her arms wouldn't fit in the sleeves. It was baby sized. The outfit looked very pretty though. Also, I had to pay a 20% restocking fee because it was in the month of October. Would not buy from this company again. It is not walmart but you don't realize that because it's advertised and your purchasing from the Walmart site.

Very small , I have a small little girl that wears size 2T . I had to cut the dress off of her . Waisted $30 and she didn't get to match our wizard of oz theme for our family . Then had to go buy another $15 Halloween costume . $45 for one child for Halloween!!!

This has got to be the worst quality costume I've ever seen. It doesn't even go over the head of my average size 2 year old. The crown is a joke and only fits an adult head. And the quality on that is also a joke. Will 100% be returning.

I read the reviews and went a size up. It was so cute, but not worth the aggravation of altering it to fit her. What were they thinking with the size?!?

Crown came cracked and broken, low quality, not worth $30, did not come with the wand in picture. Will be returning.
